		<description>Sure, but the things is that the systems above us are much harder to a) Avoid b) Correct. Its a lot easier to get a new builder or take your old builder to court than it is to deal with the dominating complexes:)  

There are &quot;a few bad apples&quot; at every level, but in Babylon the systems themselves have this emergent badness that&#039;s far more encompassing and penetrating than the odd greedy, selfish human.</description>
